At Roots of Life Learning Cottage, children are invited to explore, create, ask thoughtful questions, and grow within a Christ-centered community where they are known, encouraged, and supported in developing their God-given gifts.
Our Learning Philosophy
Every child is uniquely created by God and learns differently. Our approach combines strong academics, meaningful relationships, hands-on discovery, and Christ-centered character development. These principles guide everything we do.
Christ-Centered
Faith is woven throughout the learning day rather than reserved only for Bible time. Through Scripture, prayer, worship, and a Biblica worldview, children are encouraged to seek truth, grow in wisdom, develop Godly character, and recognize God's hand throughout His creation. Mastery Learning
Each child is met at their current level and encouraged to make steady, meaningful progress. Rather than rushing through material or expecting every student to move at the same pace, we focus on understanding, skill development, and mastery.Multi-Aged learning
Children learn alongside peers of different ages in a collaborative learning community. ROLLC comes alongside home-educating families by providing a consistent, Christ-centered learning rhythm while honoring each family’s goals and role in their child’s education. Open communication and mutual support create consistency between home and the Learning Cottage.
